I am a resident in one of Seattle Housing Authority operated buildings.
As a resident then, I am concerned about how this authority might
be abused and so, with the encouragement of a Seattle Housing
Authority Board of Commissioner have created this knowledge base
website to better empower SHA tenants when this authority is abused.
On the issue of Landlord/Tenant Laws I have provided links to
the most authoritative resources possible: For Example: the Revised
Code of Washington; the Washington State Attorney General; and
to Washington Tenants' Union.
